Judge holds advisement hearing in Flynn case on violent offender enrollment duties

MIAMI COUNTY, Ohio (WKEF) -- According to a Miami County Common Pleas Court bailiff, a hearing is occurring this afternoon with Judge Pratt in the Caleb Flynn case.

The hearing is for an advisement of notice of duties to enroll Flynn as a violent offender.

According to court documents, a prosecutor and defense attorneys Mulligan and Smith were included in the notice.

Flynn's sentencing is still planned for 3 p.m. on Monday, October 5.
