TT Commerce & Global Services LLC, a company identified in a Tuesday notice as affiliated with TikTok, plans to permanently lay off 75 employees at its Seattle-area facilities in Bellevue, according to a notice filed with the Washington Employment Security Department.
The layoffs are tied to what the company describes as a recent restructuring of its operations, and just two weeks after TikTok announced it was closing its Nashville office, only two years after signing the lease.
The notice says the layoffs are not the result of relocating or contracting out the company’s operations or the affected positions.
The affected employees work at the company’s facilities at Lincoln Square North, 700 Bellevue Way NE, Bellevue, according to the notice. Their separations are scheduled for Oct. 19, 2026.
Employees may apply for other positions within the company. Those who do not find another position or do not accept an offer for a new position are scheduled to be separated on Oct. 19, the notice said.

All affected employees received at least 60 days’ notice of their separation date, the company said.
The notice said the affected employees are not represented by a union.
The filing includes a list of affected positions spanning commerce, product management, data science, software engineering, fraud prevention, seller and listing governance, marketing and other functions.
Titles listed include regional service solution head, business analyst, content writer, anti-fraud operations specialist, product managers, data scientists and software engineers.
Among the positions listed are several related to TikTok Shop and global e-commerce, including senior product managers for seller growth and creator and affiliate products, product managers for seller acquisition and seller platforms, and software engineering roles in global e-commerce logistics, warehousing and seller platforms.
The final page of the filing lists additional software engineering, campaign, seller growth and human resources-related positions, including roles tied to global e-commerce governance and experience, content supply, seller business and acquisition.
The notice was addressed to the Washington Employment Security Department’s Grants Management Office and copied to Bellevue Mayor Mo Malkoutian.
