Super Bowl champs have signed CB Terrion Arnold, nearly two weeks after agreeing to terms, the team confirmed Saturday.
Arnold is a former first-round NFL draft pick who is charged with eight felonies and faces life in prison.
Arnold faces four felony counts of kidnapping and four counts of robbery with a firearm or deadly weapon stemming from an alleged February incident.
Prosecutors said Arnold orchestrated the crime and the beating of three men he believed were responsible for the theft of high-priced watches and merchandise.
Arnold has denied involvement and maintains his innocence.

Seahawks Coach Mike Macdonald has repeatedly declined to discuss the allegations that surfaced earlier this month, saying it would be inappropriate for the Seahawks to weigh in while the case is pending.
“We felt like we've done our due diligence,” Macdonald said. “It's just something that we, in terms of the legal situation, we just can't make a comment on right now.”
Macdonald said Seattle also spoke with people who have known Arnold and described that feedback as “overwhelmingly positive.” The organization held informal conversations with some Seahawks players as it considered the move.
The Seahawks were well familiar with Arnold before he entered the NFL.
Macdonald said Seattle thought highly of him during the 2024 draft process and gave him a high grade coming out of Alabama.
From a football standpoint, Macdonald said Arnold's style could translate well to Seattle's defense.
“There's a really, really great opportunity that we think his skill set fits in our secondary,” Macdonald said. “Plays with a lot of energy, physicality.”
Tackle Derrick Graham was waived to make room on the 90-man roster, the team said in a statement Saturday.
What Arnold's legal situation means for his ability to take the field remains unresolved, as does the amount in the contract.
His next court appearance is scheduled for Oct. 5, the day after the Seahawks host the LA Chargers at Lumen Field.
The NFL could also take disciplinary action.
