Tacoma police have made a fourth arrest in connection with a deadly shooting in August, charging the suspect with murder and robbery.
At about 2:03 a.m. on Aug. 7, 2026, Tacoma Police responded to the 2100 block of N. 30th St. for a report of a shooting.

Officers found an adult man with gunshot wounds and began lifesaving measures until Tacoma Fire Department crews arrived. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives and crime scene technicians investigated the case as a homicide.
While officers were still at the scene, police said they learned another adult man had arrived at a local hospital with a gunshot wound. Detectives later determined the man was connected to the shooting and developed probable cause for his arrest. After he was cleared from the hospital, he was booked into the Pierce County Jail for first-degree murder and first-degree robbery.
Police said a second suspect, a juvenile male, was taken into custody without incident on Aug. 12 and booked into Remann Hall for first-degree murder.
A third suspect, an adult man, was arrested on Aug. 18 and booked into the Pierce County Jail for first-degree murder, police said.
In the latest update, police said detectives, with assistance from the Special Investigations Unit and SWAT, took a fourth suspect—another adult mam—into custody in Kent on Sept. 30 without incident. He was booked into the Pierce County Jail for first-degree murder and first-degree robbery.
