A woman was taken to the hospital after she was robbed and attacked near North 130th Street and Greenwood Avenue North in Seattle early Wednesday.
At 2:19 a.m., officers were dispatched to the location and found a 27-year-old woman with cuts to her hip and chest.
She was taken to Northwest Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
During the investigation, police learned the woman voluntarily got into a car with two men -- one white and one Hispanic.
While inside the car, one of the men cut and punched the woman before taking her cash.
She was then forced out of the car, and the vehicle left the area.
No description of the car was provided.
Detectives from the Seattle Police Department robbery unit are leading the investigation.
