A video circulating on social media appears to show a vehicle traveling in a bicycle lane along Interstate 90 in Seattle.
The video, which includes an on-screen claim that the vehicle was traveling 70 mph, shows the vehicle moving along a lane separated from general traffic by a concrete barrier.
It was not immediately clear when the video was recorded, how fast the vehicle was traveling, or whether the incident was reported to authorities.
