Northbound State Route 169 was closed for five hours after a truck brought down power lines.
The Washington State Patrol (WSP) said a truck "with a load sticking out" struck traffic lights and lines at Southeast Jones Road.
The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) said northbound SR 169 was closed between Jones and Cedar Grove Road.
Emergency crews responded.
The incident was reported around 8 a.m.
The northbound lanes reopened at 1 p.m.
