Fire broke out at a south Seattle business Wednesday morning.
Firefighters battled flames at a business in Seattle's Georgetown area Wednesday morning.
The Seattle Fire Department said the fire broke out in a commercial building in the 6500 block of 4th Avenue South near South Michigan Street.
Crews searched the building and found no one inside.
Firefighters quickly brought the main portion of the fire under control and then turned their attention to putting out hot spots.
A ventilation system was brought in to clear smoke from the building.
Video from the scene showed the business where the fire occurred is Sai Gon Pho & Bánh mì.
Owners of an adjacent teriyaki restaurant told KOMO News that their space suffered some minor damage.
