The new international routes will launch in the spring of 2027 and will use Alaska's Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner jets.
The routes join the Seattle-based airline's other international destinations of Reykjavik, London, Rome, Seoul and Tokyo. Alaska said it plans to launch "at least five additional intercontinental routes" by 2030.
The airline will service Athens International Airport three times a week, starting on May 12, 2027.

The airline's route to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport will leave five times a week beginning May 25, 2027.
Tickets are now available, and Alaska said it will offer special round-trip fares of $999 until Aug. 26 to kick off the new routes.
