Huge flames poured from a warehouse in Kent overnight as firefighters battled a two-alarm fire.

The fire broke out early Wednesday morning along 80th Avenue South, just west of Highway 167.

The Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority (PSRFA) said that when firefighters arrived, the fire was burning through the roof of the building.

The building is a seafood supplier’s warehouse.

A building nearby to the west was not affected by the flames.

At 6:30 a.m., the PSRFA said crews had put out the fire and were working to extinguish hot spots using aerial ladder trucks.

There is no word yet on how the fire started.

No one was inside the building when the fire started, and no firefighters were hurt.
