Seattle's rowing community will rally behind breast cancer patients through a fun and competitive head race along the Montlake Cut on Sept. 20.
Pink Ribbon Row is more than a race along the Montlake Cut. Organizers describe it as a local community of survivors, athletes, families and supporters focused on moving forward after breast cancer.
The organization works to connect people affected by breast cancer with compassion, resources and a strong support system. Donations stay in the Puget Sound region, with the goal of helping neighbors navigate their own breast cancer journey.
Race day is on September 20. The race begins at 7:30 a.m.
Join the teams on race day with emcee Molly Shen of KOMO News.
More information about the race, location and mission can be found here.
