Ageless in Seattle marks 2 years inspiring women across the Pacific Northwest

Two years in, “Ageless in Seattle” is marking a milestone by looking back at the past year’s biggest takeaways — and looking ahead to what’s next.

“We’re celebrating 2 years of Ageless in Seattle. The time flew by!” Catherine said.

Catherine said the series has focused on encouraging women across the Pacific Northwest “to Become Ageless in Mind, Body, & Spirit and to live in an Ageless State of Mind.”

This year, she said she’s also leaning into a new catchword: “Audacious!”

“I want to encourage women, of all ages, to be bold and to step into being the main character of their life,” Catherine said. “Women tend to shrink as they get older. My philosophy is just the opposite. The older we become, the bolder we become.”
